On 18 September 2026, a dedicated traffic-marking project was completed in the courtyard of Wuji Noodle Restaurant near the Central Hospital of Beipiao. Through time-segmented, refined operations, Chaoyang Luyuan Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. injected new momentum into improving traffic order in the area.

At 9:45 that morning, workers took the lead in laying out markings for the bicycle parking zone. On the sidewalk in the courtyard of Wuji Noodle Restaurant, white markings clearly outline the non-motorized vehicle parking area, paired with eye-catching bicycle symbols, demarcating a dedicated parking space. This measure is intended to resolve the previous problem of disorderly parking of non-motorized vehicles; foot traffic around the hospital is heavy, and the unordered parking of patients' and their families' bicycles and electric bikes easily obstructs passage, so the new markings will provide residents with standardized parking guidance and free up space for pedestrian movement.

At 15:19 in the afternoon, cold-paint marking works proceeded in parallel. Using the yellow box-junction technique, workers painted no-stopping grid lines across the key passageways and the entrance and exit areas of the courtyard. As a prohibitory traffic marking, yellow box-junction lines forbid vehicles from stopping for any reason, effectively preventing motor vehicles from occupying fire lanes or emergency lanes or blocking intersections, and safeguarding emergency access around the hospital. Throughout the work, workers strictly controlled the width, spacing and paint-film thickness of the markings, ensuring they are clear and wear-resistant and comply with road traffic safety facility standards.

This project focuses on the traffic pain points around the Central Hospital of Beipiao. Through the combined approach of zoned parking for non-motorized vehicles plus no-stopping control for motor vehicles, an orderly micro-circulation of traffic has been established. After completion, the area's traffic-sign system is more complete, which not only improves road passage efficiency but also creates a safe and convenient environment for residents' medical visits and travel. As part of the refined management of urban traffic, this marking project reflects Beipiao's attention to people's livelihood and traffic needs; relevant authorities will further strengthen patrol and management to consolidate the results and continuously optimize local traffic order.
