Its carefully formulated composition ensures a high solids content while remaining stable during long-term storage without settling. The marking coating is thick and can be topped with reflective materials, delivering long‑lasting retroreflectivity. It dries rapidly: at room temperature, it becomes non‑sticky in 7–10 minutes and fully cured in 20–30 minutes.

| Construction Precautions:

Compared with thermoplastic materials, line‑marking paint is more suitable for application on concrete pavements. However, if the pavement exhibits repeated abrasion, sanding, or dusting, it is not appropriate for applying any pavement markings.
If the road surface is heavily covered with dust, please thoroughly remove the surface dust before proceeding to the next step. Be sure to clean the road carefully, as much of the dust on the pavement cannot be removed by the equipment’s air pressure alone.
During construction, excessive diluent mixing or overly rapid application can result in reduced opacity and poor film formation.
Because the wet film thickness of ambient‑temperature marking paint is only 0.3–0.8 mm, and solvent‑based glass beads have a particle size of 212 µm, these beads tend to fall off easily under vehicle traffic after adhering to the surface, thereby damaging the paint film and shortening the service life of the road markings. Although national standards permit the use of reflective solvent‑based markings with glass bead application, their performance in practical applications is generally unsatisfactory.
The national standard does not specify a warranty period for road markings; the duration of the warranty is determined through mutual agreement between the project owner and the contractor. According to industry practice, for thermoplastic pavement markings, the warranty typically ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the road surface conditions and traffic volume.
